Need a little motivation to start your week off right? We have you covered.
GSA is providing University of Melbourne graduate students free yoga classes all year! There is no limit to how many classes you can attend, and all classes will be suitable for both beginners, and those with a little more experience.
Classes will be delivered online, so you can join from the comfort of your own space. The class Zoom link will be provided in your confirmation email, and the event reminder email from Eventbrite prior to the start of your selected session. Please make sure you check your junk inbox!
All you need is a space to stretch out, a yoga mat and water bottle. Although hosted in Zoom, there is no pressure to have your camera on.
A little bit about your instructor, Julia:
Julia first began teaching in her teens and found of love of moving the body through dance. She went on to become a professional dancer and retired when she had her children. She now channels her passion for movement into her yoga and pilates practices. Julia encourages her clients to explore a deeper understanding of their mind and body and encourages others to know that exercise gets to feel good! When she isn’t teaching she is either practising Kinesiology in her clinic or running outdoors.
