
Wellbeing Classes
GSA is offering University of Melbourne graduate students free weekly yoga, Pilates and meditation classes during Semester periods.
These classes are run online each week throughout the evenings and are suitable for both beginners and those with a little more experience. All you need is a space to stretch out, a yoga mat and a water bottle. Although the classes are hosted on zoom, there is no pressure to have your camera on.
There is no limit to how many classes you can attend, just turn up whenever it suits your schedule.
Do I need to book?
Booking is needed in order to give you access to the online video link each week. Please reserve your spot by clicking the booking link next to each class.
