Wellbeing Classes

GSA is offering University of Melbourne graduate students free wellbeing classes during Semester periods including Pilates and Yoga

These classes are run online each week throughout the evenings and are suitable for both beginners and those with a little more experience. Although the classes are hosted on zoom, there is no pressure to have your camera on.
 
There is no limit to how many classes you can attend, just turn up whenever it suits your schedule.

Do I need to book?
