Wellbeing Classes

GSA is offering University of Melbourne graduate students free wellbeing classes during Semester periods including Pilates, Yoga and Music Expression. There is a mixture of online and in-person classes available to suit your preference.

There is no limit to how many classes you can attend, just turn up whenever it suits your schedule.

Do I need to book?

Booking is needed in order to give you access to the online video link each week. Please reserve your spot by clicking the booking link next to each class. 

Pilates Class (Online)

GSA is providing University of Melbourne graduate students with free online Pilates classes on Thursday evenings - for those needing something more physical. There is no limit to how many classes you can attend, and all classes will be suitable for both beginners and those with a little more experience.

GSA is providing postgraduate students of UoM with FREE online and in-person classes throughout the semester. Our online classes run weekly Monday night where you can join from the comfort of your own home. Prefer something more social? Our in-person classes run weekly on Wednesday in the Gryphon Gallery

Music Expression Class (In-Person)

GSA's Music Expression Sessions are about getting together to make and share music in a relaxed, no-pressure environment. We’ll listen to music, play instruments, sing a few songs, and do some mindfulness. It's like a social jamming session. Come along and enjoy some chill music vibes between classes. No previous musical experience needed.

Shake off the stress of the week and join us for dance class each fortnight.
This event series is all about celebrating different dance styles from around the world and helping you loosen up and release some stress. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced dancer, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Unwind and express yourself at our weekly Creative Movement Workshop, designed for postgraduate students and held at Southbank campus. Through dance and drama, explore different themes, connect with others, and develop new skills in a supportive space. Each session offers a fun way to relieve stress, embrace creativity, and gain insights into yourself.
