GSA is offering University of Melbourne graduate students free wellbeing classes during Semester periods including Pilates, Yoga and Meditation.

Booking is needed in order to give you access to the online video link each week. Please reserve your spot by clicking the booking link next to each class.

GSA is providing University of Melbourne graduate students with free online Pilates classes on Thursday evenings - for those needing something more physical.
There is no limit to how many classes you can attend, and all classes will be suitable for both beginners and those with a little more experience.
Music Expression Class (in-person)
GSA's Music Expression Sessionsare about getting together to make and share music in a relaxed, no-pressure environment. We’ll listen to music, play instruments, sing a few songs, and do some mindfulness. Come along and enjoy some chill music vibes between classes. No previous musical experience needed.
There will be musical instruments available, however, if you have your own music instrument, feel free to bring it along.
Dance Exploration Class (in-person)
Shake off the stress of the week and join us for a dance class! This event series is all about celebrating different dance styles from around the world and helping you loosen up and release some stress. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced dancer, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Get ready to move and groove to the beat with our talented instructors. We will explore various dance styles every fortnight.
