Find your inner calm through a meditative Art Class with Nila. Learn new skills and meet new people in our free weekly art classes.

Join us this Winter to fully immerse yourself in acrylic painting class. You’ll find out how to make beautiful colour palettes, how to outline forms clearly, how to give an image depth, dimension, and texture, and so much more. Gain confidence, resources, and art-specific expertise you need to hone your aesthetic sensibility and paint works that are both striking and eloquent in acrylic designs.

Duration: 120 mins

Knowledge required: Beginner-friendly

Each workshop includes:

– Research on recent developments on brain activity that relates to drawing

– New insights on the use of drawing techniques in the corporate world and in education

– Detailed advice on how to apply basic skills of art making to resolve problems

PLEASE NOTE: this is an event for University of Melbourne graduate students only. When you login to Eventbrite to register, please use your UoM student email. Orders made that do not include a UoM student email and ID will be cancelled.

Venue accessibility: accessible entry is via the courtyards of 1888 Building (back of building) and a lift is located next to reception on the ground floor (near the West courtyard entry). There is an all gender accessible bathroom on Level 1.
