GSA is committed to supporting your mental health and wellbeing, as because of this, we have a series of offerings for you to strengthen your mental and physical health throughout the year! You can find more detail about what is on below

Yoga

Each Monday at 5.30pm beginning from Week 2 (8th March 2021), we will be running a Yoga Class.

There is no limit to how many you can attend, and all classes will be suitable for both beginners, and those with a little more experience.

Cat Lane is a Yoga Teacher & Calisthenics Coach dedicated to helping others explore, and develop Mindful Movement from the Inside Out.

Pilates

If you need a reminder to get moving and do something good for your mind and body – this is it!

GSA is providing UoM grad students Pilates classes on Thursdays – for those needing something more physical. There is no limit to how many you can attend, and all classes will be suitable for both beginners, and those with a little more experience.

Bianka is a professional dancer, who has spent the last 11 years travelling between Europe, USA and Australia dancing, teaching and sharing her knowledge and love for dance and fitness

GSA will be holding Art Classes fortnightly on Wednesdays, at alternating times so we can accommodate students at differing times.
