GSA is committed to supporting your mental health and wellbeing, as because of this, we have a series of offerings for you to strengthen your mental and physical health throughout the year! You can find more detail about what is on below

Yoga

Each Monday at 5.30pm GSA will offer graduate students free Yoga Class.

There is no limit to how many sessions you can attend, and all classes will be suitable for both beginners, and those with a little more experience.

Art Classes with Nila

Art Classes with Nila return for Semester 2, 2022, with a new edition of creative classes for beginners.

Join Nila on Tuesdays from 5:30-7:30pm to boost your artistic confidence, develop ways to deepen and nurture your mental, emotional and physical connection to the practices and develop your own rock star artistic skills.

Meditation

It’s never been more important to incorporate mindfulness into our everyday lives than it is right now. With GSA’s free meditation sessions, to be held each Wednesday afternoon at 5.30pm, you’ll learn how to quiet your mind and become more aware of the present moment.

There is no limit to how many sessions you can attend, and all classes will be suitable for both beginners, and those with a little more experience.

Pilates

If you need a reminder to get moving and do something good for your mind and body – this is it! GSA is providing graduate students free Pilates classes each Thursday at 5.30pm – for those needing something more physical.
