My name is Shubhangi and I am a first year Master of Public Health student. In my opinion, one needs to be impartial enough to listen to each and every perspective and acknowledge them, no matter how different each perspective is. I would genuinely love to advocate as a faculty councillor for the students of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences. I’m committed towards working for the well-being of graduate students and will give my best possible efforts in order to make everyone feel heard and seen. I firmly believe that together we can create a community filled with compassion and motivation where we all can grow together and make the most out of our academic journeys.

My name is Shubhangi and I am an international student from Delhi, India. Currently, I am pursuing Master of Public Health at The University of Melbourne. Being miles away from home is not as easy as it seems, so my goal is to strengthen the international graduate student community as they are amongst one of the crucial segments of this university. I would make efforts in enriching the cultural diversity and focus on creating such an environment which is inclusive and equitable for all the international students in order to ensure that they receive proper guidance and resources for academic, cultural, and social integration.
