We have to take a look at how life works. The smallest possible quality degradation humanity can make will make life more difficult. Climate change, land degradation, biodiversity loss, we are facing all of them at once. We have to make concrete strategies and tactics to save humanity from our own home, The GSA.Our GSA members need to feel the urgency, to know, and to act on our commitment to sustainability. The GSA Environmental Sustainability Management Plan is a perfect starting point but without emotional connection to nature, capacity of knowledge, and skillset of empowerment the optimal outcome will be hard to achieve. We should recognize and declare what are the action points of the Sustainability Plan that have been enforced. As an incentive to do so, we should rate and evaluate the practices together with the inclusivity of participants through feedback form. Assistance on sustainable event checklist and reporting are also essential part. Lastly, as a family, we gather periodically to sharing learning and feedback to each other, as well as connecting our members to the global stakeholders, dialogues and works that happening in international bodies. Together, we are mainstreaming the stream of life.
