This needs more time and effort, and she is looking forward to continuing working on this issue for Graduate researchers hopefully in the new role as Research Officer. Along with that, she is looking for to accommodate graduate researchers to improve skills such as video creation.

Some examples to focus improving this skill is for “visualise your thesis” competition at the University of Melbourne, as well as the need for some journals to send a video explaining about your research along with your application. She has great connection with graduate researchers and willing to provide advocacy for them in higher managerial sectors.
