GSA O-Week 2023
Every semester, GSA welcomes all new and returning graduate students with a series of Orientation events and fun activities.
It’s a chance to meet some new friends, get involved in activities, meet the GSA Staff and the Board and Representative Council members that advocate for you and issues affecting students at the University.
Orientation runs over two weeks, starting the week of the 28th of February and ending Friday the 10th of March. Our events are completely FREE to all enrolled graduate students at the University of Melbourne. We offer free food, entertainment and information, so that you can start your semester on the right foot.
What kinds of events will be running?
- Welcome party
- ‘The Scam Show’ comedy night
- Therapy dogs
- Speed-friending
- Craft class
- Petting zoo
- Lawn games
- Welcome tours
- So many food trucks…!
Do I need to book?
Booking is needed for some events, so please register for each event using the links above. We anticipate some events will completely sell out, so make sure to get in early.
