Learn how to prioritise tasks, overcome procrastination and increase efficiency.
What’s the one thing we all have in common? Time. We each have 168-hours each and every week, and the difference is all in how we think about time and how we use it. In this workshop, you will learn how to focus on high-importance tasks, overcome procrastination, get more done with less stress and increase your productivity.
You will learn how to:
• Reflect on and identify where you spend your 168-hours per week using our R.A.P. process
• Analyze and maximise your time using a 3-step assessment technique
• Apply time mastery techniques such as 60&YOU, 60&ONE and 60&RAP
• Overcome the myths/traps of ‘procrastination’ and ‘distraction’ and plan your upcoming year for success
