FreeThe gut endoscopy workshop is an endoscopic workshop for MD students. It is a rare chance for students to appreciate the components and types of endoscopes to understanding the indications and complexity of endoscopy, and to handle and manoeuvre the scope.
In the simulated clinical challenge of each station, students will work in groups of 5 to tackle clinical vignette with numerous followup questions that covers histology, radiology and endoscopy.
At each station, there will be endoscopy equipment including colonoscopy and colon models. Students will spend 30 mins at each station with 5 students at each station at any given time. The prize will be three sneaker laundry gift bags to make the event more attractive.
