About your yoga/yogalates instructors from MuSport:

Anchal teaches Hatha Yoga which is a branch of yoga that focuses on physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation to bring balance between the body and mind. It is a slower and more deliberate practice, making it accessible for beginners or those seeking a more mindful practice.

Kasie does Vinyasa flow style class a practice that links movement with breath, designed to build focus, strength, and flexibility. Each class offers a creative sometimes unexpected sequence, keeping your body and mind curious and engaged. Of course, we will close with savasana- the most important pose of all, where everything integrates and you get to simply be.

Selina does Vinyasa flow class, incorporating yoga philosophy, various postures (asanas) and breathwork (pranayama). The practice is designed to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in a serene and motivating environment. This all-levels class guides students through a creative sequence of poses that seamlessly link breath with motion, encouraging students to move with intention and awareness
