This is a ticketed event and places are limited, so only those who have registered on Eventbrite will be guaranteed a place.
Late arrival may result in food being sold out.
As this is sure to be a popular event and there are limited places, please remember to cancel your ticket if you cannot make it.
All students will be asked to show proof of graduate student status when they arrive on the day.
This will accommodate Vegan/Vegetarian/Halal dietary requirements.
