As part of GSA's Dance Exploration series, we'll bring different styles of dance for our students to learn, every fortnight. Time to dance!

Shake off the stress of the week and join us for a sensual Salsa dance class!
Salsa is a lively, energetic dance that features fluid hip movements, fast and slow footwork, and turns. It’s often performed in pairs, but can also be done solo.

The Dance Exploration series is all about celebrating different dance styles from around the world and helping you loosen up and release some stress. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced dancer, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Get ready to move and groove to the beat with our talented instructors.

*Registrations for classes open 2 weeks before each class. Limited places. Please only book if you can attend, so you give others the opportunity to attend.

Sadhvi (Vi) is a professional dancer and certified instructor with 8 years of experience mastering a diverse range of dance styles, including Rumba, Cha Cha, Swing/Jive, Salsa, Bachata, Waltz, Foxtrot, and Tango. In addition to her formal training in Latin and Ballroom—honed at Arthur Murray in Hampton and through competitive ballroom environments—Sadhvi also brings a rich background in social dancing, where connection and joy take center stage.

Social dancing has been a cornerstone of her journey, offering countless benefits she now passes on to her students. Beyond improving coordination and rhythm, social dancing is an incredible way to meet people, build a sense of community, and create meaningful connections. The physical movement releases endorphins, boosting mental health and fostering a sense of joy and well-being.

Sadhvi’s classes are designed to bring these benefits to life through fun, dynamic, and energetic routines/partner dancing combinations. Known for her inclusive, judgment-free teaching style and ability to adapt to individual progress and personalities, she ensures every session is engaging, empowering, and full of energy—helping students thrive both on and off the dance floor.
