Announcement of GSA’s Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The GSA Board invites you to GSA’s 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM), to be held on Wednesday 15 May 2024 from 1.00 PM to 2.00 PM.

This AGM will be hybrid and held online via Zoom and in person at the Gryphon Gallery, located in the1888 Building (Building 198).

NOTE: Lunch will be provided for students who attend the AGM in-person.

When booking your ticket, please choose between the online and in-person ticket so we know the numbers for ordering food.

Eligibility

All currently enrolled GSA members are eligible to attend the AGM and vote on its proposals. GSA membership is free to all currently enrolled graduate students.

Please note that enrolment status will be asked for during the registrations process and membership will be checked before the AGM to ensure all in attendance are eligible.

PLEASE NOTE: This event is only for Postgraduate students at the University of Melbourne. When you register on Eventbrite, please use your UoM student email. Orders made that do not include a UoM student email and ID may be cancelled.

Venue accessibility: accessible entry is via the courtyards of 1888 Building (back of building) and a lift is located next to reception on the ground floor (near the West courtyard entry). There is an all-gender accessible bathroom on Level 1.
