Join us for a fun and interactive workshop where we explore dance and drama through creative movement!
(Based in Southbank Campus)
Our weekly Creative Movement Workshop is tailored for postgraduate students (particularly international students) who are looking for a creative outlet through which they can explore facets of themselves and different themes through Dance and Drama.
In this workshop we (Shaynaya and Kaylani ) plan to create a safe space for you to meet new people, learn new things about yourself and learn new skills. We also aim to provide participants with methods to tackle different situations and particular themes (e.g. Finances, exploring cultures or relationships) through various activities.
During this workshop, participants will gain an understanding of how to convey their emotions, a familiarity with one’s own body and an understanding of other participants cultures. This Workshop is designed to be a fun way for you to reduce stress, express yourself and cultivate a supportive community.
