Submission to Consultation on free speech amendments to the Higher Education Support Act

In response to proposed free speech amendments in the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (HESA), GSA provides support with key recommendations. These include increased public investment in higher education, efforts to minimize casual contracts in universities, and specific amendments to HESA clauses ensuring transparent staff categorization and the allocation of student services fees.
