Ticket information

Tickets on sale Wednesday October 15th at 11am

We are thrilled to offer our Graduate Students a highly subsidised ticket price, however, if you would like to bring a guest who is not a current Graduate Student at the University of Melbourne they will be required to pay full price.

Ticket prices:
– Graduate Students $65
– Non-Graduate Students $235

Ticket includes:
– Entry to the GSA ‘Night of the Zodiac’ Ball
– A three-course meal
– Free-flowing beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic options will be available)

Additional information
– Graduate Student tickets are for currently enrolled graduate students (at the time of ticket purchase) only, please provide your student ID and University of Melbourne email. Enrolment verification will be required if we cannot confirm your enrolment via our membership list.
-Non-graduate students must purchase tickets at full price. 
-No refunds will be provided

Seating information

We expect tickets to sell-out very quickly, so if you are unsure about any information listed on this page, please contact events@gsa.unimelb.edu.au BEFORE 3pm, October 14th.

We recommend being online and waiting prior to 11am. If you cannot get through immediately, keep waiting and refreshing as some people abandon their carts.

There will be a waitlist that pops up after ticket sales are over.

General info
– You may purchase a whole table (10 tickets) OR individually or groups of up to 6. 
ie: you cannot purchase tickets in quantities of 7,8 and 9 – this is due to seating configurations
-If you have purchased tickets in a group of 5 of less, GSA will email ticket purchasers with an opportunity to nominate groups to be seated together, however, this is dependent upon seating availability.
-To ensure your group is seated together please buy all tickets in a single transaction.
-Enrollment status will be verified for all graduate student tickets
-GSA reserves the right to cancel any tickets that do not comply with any information outlined on this page

Purchasing a whole table (10 tickets)
– If any people on your table need a non-graduate student ticket, please enter ‘non-graduate’ for their Student ID and GSA will contact you to pay the extra amount for a non-graduate student ticket.
-If anyone on the table is unable to verify their enrolment status and/or does not pay the additional fee for a guest ticket the whole table may be at risk of being cancelled.
-If you are the ticket purchaser, please ensure all graduate students in your party have provided you in advance with their student email address, student ID and dietary requirements.

Purchasing 6 tickets or less
-To ensure you are seated as a group, please purchase in a single transaction

Changes to ticketholder details can be made up to 9am on Monday 27 October by emailing events@gsa.unimelb.edu.au to request a change
