A selection of delicious food and beverages will be served during the next half of the event—perfect for unwinding and continuing conversations in a relaxed setting.

As this is sure to be a popular event and there are limited places, please remember to cancel your ticket if you cannot make it. Those who have tickets and do not turn up will be marked as a ‘no show’ and those who are a ‘no show’ multiple times will have their tickets cancelled for future events.

One ticket per person – multiple tickets in the same name will be cancelled.

All students will be asked to show proof of graduate student status when they arrive on the day.

There will be an option for Vegan/Vegetarian/Halal/Gluten Free dietary requirements.
