Please note: Non-graduate students are not eligible to attend this event.

- GSA reserves the right to cancel tickets that don’t meet eligibility criteria or for non-University of Melbourne postgraduate students.
- GSA is not liable for incorrect document submissions regarding student status.
- This event is 18+ only. GSA is committed to promoting safe and responsible use and service of alcohol.
- Only those with a valid ticket will be allowed entrance on the night. No ticket sales on door.

There is no theme or official dress code. Dress up for a night on the town, or come casual!
Ballers Clubhouse requires patrons to dress in smart casual clothing. Some items considered unacceptable include gym wear, steel cap boots, flip flops, beachwear, etc.
Yes! A selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options will be available to order from the bar including beer, light beer, house wines, soft drinks and juices.

Yes, light refreshments will be provided as canape style. There will be options for halal, vegan, nut free, and gluten free.
Please provide us with any dietary requirements when you purchase your ticket.
The venue will do its best to accommodate, but please note that due to kitchen capabilities and the nature of roaming canapes that not all dietary requirements will be catered for.
