Wellbeing Classes

GSA is offering University of Melbourne graduate students free wellbeing classes during Semester periods including Pilates, Yoga and Meditation.

These classes are run online each week throughout the evenings and are suitable for both beginners and those with a little more experience.
We also offer additional in-person classes hosted in the Gyphon Gallery in the 1888 Building. All you need is a space to stretch out, a yoga mat and a water bottle. Although the classes are hosted on zoom, there is no pressure to have your camera on.

There is no limit to how many classes you can attend, just turn up whenever it suits your schedule.
