Role Overview:
As the Strategic Plan Consultant, you/the business will guide our student-led board in crafting our new strategic plan for 2025-2030.  You’ll work closely with the established working group, providing expertise, strategic insight, and project management support throughout the planning process.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Collaborate with the strategic plan working group to define strategic objectives and priorities for the 2025-2030 period.

·       Work with the working group to analyse and identify emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities impacting graduate student life and engagement.

·       Assist in facilitating workshops, meetings, and discussions to gather stakeholder input and feedback.

·       Drafting, refining, and finalizing the strategic plan document, ensuring alignment with GSA’s mission, vision, and values.

About You/The Business:
You/The Business will have:

·       A passion for strategic planning and preferably dedicated to graduate student interests.

·       Strong analytical skills to distil complex information into clear insights.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to build consensus among diverse stakeholders.

·       Experience in project management, executing initiatives within tight deadlines.

·       An innovative mindset, willing to explore creative solutions to challenges.
