Leadership – Self Discovery Program – Semester 1 2022

“The most inaccurate leadership myth is that leaders are born-that there is a genetic factor to leadership. That’s nonsense; in fact, the opposite is true. Leaders are made rather than born. —Warren Bennis”

Our world is a better place when we have compassionate, empathetic and strong leaders. Each of us are already a leader in some area of life.  We often can influence our workplace, influence our family and influence in our community in small and big ways. We just need an opportunity to self discover and validate our existing skills and strengths and start the conversation about Leadership and explore the pathway of exploration. Our question is…

What kind of leader do you want to be?

Deciding this is the starting point that will shape every other decision you make in your leadership.  Understanding what type of leader you want to be will motivate what you learn and where you put your attention.  It will motivate and design how you interact with those around you.  It will drive you and shape how you will become the leader you want to be.

Over the next 5 weeks our Leadership Self Discovery Program will help you to recognise and develop your leadership qualities, explore key leadership themes, and create a self discovery leadership pathway program.

This is a fast paced and fully immersive program, led by an experienced leadership facilitator which will take your leadership skills to the next level.

What do you need to commit?

If you wish to be part of the program, you need to be able to commit time and energy. Sessions are held as full day events with group activities and individual work scheduled between.
