GSA CEO Rachna Muddagouni and GSA General Manager discuss stress management in relation to exams.
Rachna outlines the webinar is about recognising exam stress (8:10), detailing how exam stress can be accepted (10:45), how to beat this stress by understanding they are a hassle (14:10), tackling exams (18:05) and managing your stress (22:10). The importance of taking the pressure off is mentioned (26:36).
Rachna and Tevita also note the importance of going easy with substances while studying (34:55), to preference a healthy routine instead (36:50). Tevita offers some tips to stay healthy (54:18), and Rachna talks about how to seek help when stressed (42:40)
