Womendeavour supports and enables women students with networks, skills and know-how as they transition to the workplace. We aim to support women-identifying and non-binary students with their transition from university to work force; to create a space where women-identifying and non-binary students can share their professional resources and skills; to provide women-identifying and non-binary students with networking opportunities and access to industry; to provide a safe-space for women-identifying and non-binary students to discuss failures, harassment, and marginalisation in the workplace; to raise awareness on rights, boundaries, discrimination, and ethics for women-identifying and non-binary students in the professional environment; to give women-identifying and non-binary students practical skills and tools to garner professional success.
