IEEE Women in Engineering University of Melbourne (IEEE-WIE-UoM) 
The WIE Affinity Group of the Student Branch aims to support and encourage young students to pursue careers in the field of science and engineering through activities and the execution of projects, meetings and conferences. Within its main activities are the organization and participation in talks, generation of knowledge through research, development and implementation framed in new technologies. The student branches of the IEEE are a meeting point to address more in the world of engineering, while knowing people with whom they share the same interests.
