Managing your Grad Group takes time, planning, documentation and a lot of paper work! Check out our selection of resources to help you keep on top of all your Grad Group administration and management. Equipment hire

GSA has AV, catering and general events equipment available for Grad Groups to hire free of charge for use within the GSA Building and, where applicable, the Parkville campus. The list of items is detailed below. All equipment hire is subject to availability and health and safety requirements, as set by GSA.

Forms

To support you with the administration of your Grad Group, we have forms to register your events, apply for funding, update us on your AGM and any governance changes and to submit your Annual Report. You can find all these forms in the Grad Group Portal (available to affiliated Grad Groups only: sign-in required)
