Each Monday at 5.30pm beginning from Week 2 (8th March 2021), we will be running a Yoga Class.

There is no limit to how many you can attend, and all classes will be suitable for both beginners, and those with a little more experience.

Cat Lane is a Yoga Teacher & Calisthenics Coach dedicated to helping others explore, and develop Mindful Movement from the Inside Out.
