What’s the one thing we all have in common? Time. We each have 168-hours each and every week, and the difference is all in how we think about time and how we use it. In this workshop, you will learn how to focus on high-importance tasks, overcome procrastination, get more done with less stress and increase your productivity.
• Reflect on and identify where you spend your 168-hours per week
• Analyze and maximise your time using a 3-way analysis (more/same/less)
• Apply time mastery techniques such as 60&YOU, 60&ONE and 60&RAP
• Overcome the myths of ‘procrastination’ and plan your upcoming year for success
