It’s that time of Semester where we all need to take a little bit of extra care of ourselves😌✨
MPGHSS have got you covered ❣️ Come along to our official MPGHSS Mental Wellbeing Workshop on Thursday the 5th of October to destress, eat good (free!) food and make a self-care gift box for yourself or a friend.
The mindful fun that you can expect on the day includes:
🧠A self-care workshop delivered by Wellbeing Practitioner Rachel Liang, teaching us all some needed tips and tricks for self-care during stressful times
🥙A delicious and free dinner
🎁DIY self-care gift boxes: create a gift box for yourself or for a friend (filled with wellbeing goodies!)
🌼Other friendly games and activities
