Celebrate the power and achievements of Four fabulous women in leadership, with GSA’s inspiring speaker event at the Gryphon Gallery, located in the 1888 Building (level 1).

Dedicated to women’s empowerment, equality, and progress. Discover incredible stories of three women who have broken barriers and made a lasting impact on society.

Meet Your Speakers

Cathy Fangda Yang

 

Cathy Fangda Yang is a leader in multicultural mental health, dedicated to empowering diverse communities through culturally sensitive psychological services and education. As the Managing partner of Mindspace Consulting, Cathy leads an award-winning private practice in Melbourne that provides mental health support tailored to culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) populations. Cathy’s expertise extends beyond clinical practice – she has advised international organizations, co-founded innovative mental health platforms, and received prestigious accolades, including the Women in Leadership Award from the Australian Embassy in China. Passionate about breaking barriers in mental health, Cathy continues to champion equity, inclusion, and resilience in global communities.

Dr Ramila Devi Ram Sing

Dr Ramila Devi Ram Sing is a Senior Lecturer and MBA Program LEader at UNITAR International University in Kelana Jaya, Malaysia. With a diverse background in accounting, management and international teaching, Dr Ramila brings a holistic perpsective to her academic work – providing students with both theoretical foundations and practical skills to equip them for successful careers in managment and resources.

Nancy Lutchman

Nancy Lutchman is a seasoned digital technology leader with global experience in senior management and advisory roles. She has worked with start-ups, multinational firms, and top consulting companies. As the CEO and Founder of Glimmer – The Sustainability Network, she champions social and environmental well-being. Overcoming challenges in a male-dominated industry, Nancy turned adversity into opportunity, embracing resilience and innovation. She built a supportive community that fosters diversity and inclusion. Through Glimmer, she empowers individuals worldwide to connect and drive meaningful change, proving that passion, determination, and vision can shape a sustainable and inclusive future.

Farhana Muna

Farhana Muna is a leading DEI strategist, keynote speaker, and corporate change-maker in Australia. She has shaped industry policies, led large-scale cultural transformations, and influenced C-suites and policymakers. Partnering with UN Women, the EU, and Meta, she drives systemic impact. A powerful storyteller with 28M+ views, her thought leadership amplifies underrepresented voices, positioning her as a key advocate for equity and inclusion.

Venue accessibility: accessible entry is via the courtyards of 1888 Building (back of building) and a lift is located next to reception on the ground floor (near the West courtyard entry). There is an all gender accessible bathroom on Level 1.
