Learn healthy habits with this free workshop series for graduate students!
At this free workshop for graduate students, researcher Caitlyn Gourlay from the Melbourne School of Psychological Sciences’ Sleep Lab will be presenting on sleep hygiene.
Each Healthy Habits workshop includes a mindfulness exercise, a speaker offering helpful tips, and a catered lunch for registered attendees.
