Need a little motivation to start your week off right? We have you covered.
GSA is providing University of Melbourne graduate students free yoga classes all year! There is no limit to how many classes you can attend, and all classes will be suitable for both beginners, and those with a little more experience.
Classes will be delivered online, so you can join from the comfort of your own space. The class Zoom link will be provided in your confirmation email, and the event reminder email from Eventbrite prior to the start of your selected session. Please make sure you check your junk inbox!
All you need is a space to stretch out, a yoga mat and water bottle. Although hosted in Zoom, there is no pressure to have your camera on.
A little bit about your instructor, Vanessa:
As a movement lover, Vanessa believes that our bodies are craving to move and so the energy positively affected by it. She explores slow but strong sequences. Diving into the relationship of the physical body within the subtle body, the movement can become a meditative practice when syncing with the breath.
As a Yoga/Meditation coach, so as holistic counselor & energy worker, Vanessa’s purpose is to guide us to reach higher realms of consciousness as we create Self Realization followed by Self-Liberation. Ancient techniques/traditions are a threshold for a new perspective of this journey we experience called life”
