GSA is providing University of Melbourne graduate students with FREE yoga classes every Monday – help start your week on a positive note!

Need a little motivation to start your week off right? We have you covered.

GSA is providing University of Melbourne graduate students free yoga classes all year! There is no limit to how many classes you can attend, and all classes will be suitable for both beginners, and those with a little more experience.

Classes will be delivered online, so you can join from the comfort of your own space. The class Zoom link will be provided in your confirmation email, and the event reminder email from Eventbrite prior to the start of your selected session. Please make sure you check your junk inbox!

All you need is a space to stretch out, a yoga mat and water bottle. Although hosted in Zoom, there is no pressure to have your camera on.

A little bit about your instructor, Melanie:

As an ex-basketball player and now yoga/Pilates teacher I’ve always had a passion for movement, but it was only after a knee operation and numerous other injuries that I finally decided to look even deeper into my own body, which is how I reached yoga. After a few years of practicing on my own , and noticing the benefits I wanted to share and bring positivity to others, as I was experiencing. I went on to study 800 hours and the complete the Diploma. Yoga has taught me so much about who I am as a person, how to treat my body and also how to treat those around me. I want to be able to share those learnings with others through my classes.
