Need to take a study break? Feeling sore and stressed? The Graduate Yoga Society (GYS) is here to help!

Join us for a 30 minute (free) yoga session, suitable for beginners and those with a little more experience. These classes will be running every Tuesday and Thursday through exam period. All grad students welcome.

Instructor Bhakti has been practicing yoga and meditation since 2004. She has been facilitating a number of yoga and meditation events both at Mantra Lounge, and University of Melbourne with student yoga clubs.

Make sure you have space to stretch out, a yoga mat and water bottle. Although hosted in Zoom, there is no pressure to have your camera on.

The Graduate Yoga Society conduct weekly Yoga sessions for grad students at Unimelb.
