If you need a reminder to get moving and do something good for you mind and body – this is it!
In addition to our free yoga classes and based on your feedback, we’re offering a more physical option in the form of Pilates classes.
There is no limit to how many classes you can attend, and they will be suitable for beginners and those with a little more experience behind them.
The session times are below:
- 17th September – 5:30 – 6:30pm
- 24th September – 5:30 – 6:30pm
- 1st October – 5:30 – 6:30pm
- 8th October – 5:30 – 6:30pm
- 22nd October – 5:30 – 6:30pm
- 29th October – 5:30 – 6:30pm
