GSA is providing University of Melbourne graduate students free Pilates classes on Thursdays – for those needing something more physical. There is no limit to how many classes you can attend, and all classes will be suitable for both beginners and those with a little more experience.

A little about your instructor, Jayde:
Jayde Egan is a certified fitness and pilates instructor. She has been providing services to the fitness industry for over ten years off the back of a successful career in dance. Jayde has a true passion for teaching and loves to see her clients reaching their respective fitness goals.
Jayde is considered to be a warm, energetic and professional instructor who continues to build a great rapport with her customer base. Jayde lives and leads a healthy and active lifestyle and believes a person with great passion can make the impossible happen.
