Daydreaming – Surrealism Painting
Dive into the dreamlike world of surrealism with our exclusive painting class, tailored specifically for graduate students. This class offers a unique opportunity to explore the boundaries of your imagination and transform your abstract ideas into vivid, compelling artworks. You’ll be guided through the techniques and philosophies that define the surrealist movement, from automatism to dream imagery. Come along and experiment, and develop your distinct style and voice.
Art supplies provided.
Duration: 120 mins
Knowledge level: Beginner-friendly
Each workshop includes:
– Research on recent developments on brain activity that relates to drawing
– New insights on the use of drawing techniques in the corporate world and in education
– Detailed advice on how to apply basic skills of art making to resolve problems

Venue accessibility: accessible entry is via the courtyards of 1888 Building (back of building) and a lift is located next to reception on the ground floor (near the West courtyard entry). There is an all gender accessible bathroom on Level 1.
