Collage Crafts II – Art for Social Change

Join us for an exhilarating evening of creativity and activism! Dive into the vibrant world of collage and conceptual art, transforming images into powerful tools for change. In this dynamic class, you’ll master collage-making, learn to reinvent images, and draw inspiration from film. What change do you want to see in the world? Let your inner artist explore endless possibilities and create a unique piece that speaks to your passion for social justice. All experience levels welcome!

Art supplies provided.

Duration: 120 mins

Knowledge level: Beginner-friendly

Each workshop includes:

– Research on recent developments on brain activity that relates to drawing

– New insights on the use of drawing techniques in the corporate world and in education

– Detailed advice on how to apply basic skills of art making to resolve problems

PLEASE NOTE: this event is only for postgraduate students of University of Melbourne. When you login to Eventbrite to register, please use your UoM student email. Orders made that do not include a UoM student email and ID will be cancelled.

Venue accessibility: accessible entry is via the courtyards of 1888 Building (back of building) and a lift is located next to reception on the ground floor (near the West courtyard entry). There is an all gender accessible bathroom on Level 1.
