The GSA Board invites you to attend the GSA’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025.

The GSA Board invites you to GSA’s Annual General Meeting (AGM), taking place on Thursday, 29th May 2025 from 2pm to 3pm.

This will be a hybrid event, held both online via Zoom and in person at the Gryphon Gallery, 1888 Building (Building 198), University of Melbourne.

Food will be provided for students who attend in-person.

Eligibility

All currently enrolled GSA members are eligible to attend the AGM and vote on its proposals. GSA membership is free for all currently enrolled graduate students at the University of Melbourne.

Please note: Your enrolment status will be requested during registration, and membership will be verified prior to the AGM to ensure all attendees are eligible to participate.

PLEASE NOTE: This event is only for Postgraduate students at the University of Melbourne. When you register on Eventbrite, please use your UoM student email. Orders made that do not include a UoM student email and ID may be cancelled.

Venue accessibility: accessible entry is via the courtyards of 1888 Building (back of building) and a lift is located next to reception on the ground floor (near the West courtyard entry). There is an all-gender accessible bathroom on Level 1.
