For our third and final event for the semester, we’re sharing strategies for self-care to better support you during your candidature. Enjoy a delicious lunch, chat with fellow graduate researchers, and listen to an informative panel of speakers.

We’ll talk about issues specific to the graduate researcher experience such as procrastination, anxiety, sleep difficulties, and work-life balance. And we’ll also give you practical stretches and exercises to help relieve stress and tension.
