We’re joined by CAPS Counselor Claire Campbell as she will run through methods and strategies to maintain your mental and physical health as we reach the end of the semester.

This will be a great opportunity to clear your nerves in the lead up to the end of semester period, so take a breath, give yourself a pat on the back for getting to this point, and join us if you feel like it!
