Feeling sore and stressed? The Graduate Yoga Society (GYS) is here to help!

Join us for a 30 minute yoga session, suitable for beginners and those with a little more experience. All grad students are welcome.

Instructor Bhakti has been practicing yoga and meditation since 2004. She has been facilitating a number of yoga and meditation events both at Mantra Lounge, and University of Melbourne with student yoga clubs.

Make sure you have space to stretch out, a yoga mat and water bottle. Although hosted in Zoom, there is no pressure to have your camera on.
