GSA is seeking to engage a firm/consultant to efficiently conduct the General Elections of the Graduate Student Association Council Membership.
GSA is an independent association providing all 36,000+ enrolled graduate students at the University of Melbourne (UoM) with representation, events, training and support.

GSA is committed to investing in its Councilors and we are currently seeking a proposal for highly experienced returning officer who can support GSA to elect graduate student leadership position in May 2020 at the Annual General Meeting.

Applicants should be familiar with high security online voting systems or provide an alternate online voting system that covers similar functions. Please provide a detailed proposal including your experience conducting student association elections, your credentials, proposed cost for your work and names of two referees. Kindly note the election campaigns will commence in April 2020 with the aim of completing the election process no later than May 2020. A detailed report of the election results will be required
