Join GSA on”R U OK" Day for a stress-free life session. This event will include yoga, breathing exercises and meditation for Uni students.

Join GSA for a 60-minute session on “The Art of Stress-Free Living,” where you’ll explore how breathwork and mindfulness can enhance your life and guide you toward a stress-free existence. Tailored for university students, this session features activities like yoga, breathing exercises, and meditation.

This is your chance to experience effortless breath based meditation, ask questions and later network over some evening snacks/ finger food.

*Speaker/ Facilitator:* Gaurav Gaur, is a senior consultant and trainer at the TLEX (a leadership training organisation) and with the SKY health institute. He manages clients in Europe, Russia, the Middle East, Africa and the far East. Gaurav has over 16 years of experience training clients across industries and organizational levels in resilience, mindfulness, team development, aligning people to strategy, and change management. Gaurav also teaches breathwork and meditation for the Art of Living Foundation, a global humanitarian organization founded by Sri Ravi Shankar.

One ticket per person – multiple tickets in the same name will be cancelled.

All students will be asked to show proof of graduate student status when they arrive on the day.

There will be an option for Vegan/Vegetarian/Halal/Gluten Free dietary requirements.
