Locker application form

  • Lockers are allocated for six months and are completely free of charge. Please fill in all areas marked with an asterisk (*) – if the form is not completed properly, your application will not be processed. If your application is successful, we will contact you to record your credit card details for security. In the case of lost or damaged keys, $50 will be charged.

    Information provided by students on this form is stored securely and released only to the Graduate Centre staff involved with allocation and administration of lockers.   • WHEN WILL MY APPLICATION BE PROCESSED?

    Locker applications are processed on a weekly basis. If your application is successful, you’ll receive an email letting you know how to pick up your key. If unsuccessful, your application will be kept for a full month in case an opening becomes available. Best of luck!
