In the Graduate Centre (1888 Building) you’ll find computer labs, study rooms, kitchens, lounges and cosy retreats like the Loft. It’s a quiet place for grad students only, and is accessible 24/7.

Computer labs

Our three computer labs offer a mix of PC and Mac computers, available for graduate students only. With full IT support and Wi-Fi, our labs provide a free, convenient and quiet option for grad students on campus. They're available 24/7 by using a valid student card for building access.

General study room

There is a general study room for grad students upstairs in the East Wing. The room doesn't include computers, so it's ideal if you want to work with your own laptop or read some books.

Family study space

If you need somewhere to mind your kids on campus while you study, we have a quiet room that lets you work while you keep an eye on the young ones at the same time. There are workspaces for you, and toys for them, along with a child-safe barrier.

It's like other study spaces, except it’s reserved for people with kids.
