Notice of disaffiliation: GSA's Executive has decided to disaffiliate from the CIS Postgraduate Group (CISPG). This decision was made following the receipt of an audit into CISPG's activities, and reflects GSA's stance that any Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF) funding must be spent justifiably and responsibly. The disaffiliation is effective as of Thursday 7 December, and entails the discontinuation of GSA funding and the use of GSA facilities. GSA Executive hopes that there will be genuine efforts made to repair the effectiveness and transparency of CISPG's practices and culture, in the interests of Computing and Information Systems students, CISPG stakeholders and the University.
Can you believe it's December already? 😱 We can't. It has been a hell of a year, though. 🎉
